India Australia I would hope that the need to produce employable graduates will not swamp the essential function of a university, i.e. the original thinking which enables great research leading not only to massive advances in science but also greater cultural, historical and social understanding. United Kingdom High technology and widely recognized degrees with a wide range of courses. Singapore More developed and focused on global socioeconomic development. Spain I think maybe a combination of online classes and internships for hands-on, many of your fields will still require hands on training.
