Dance Team Fundraiser
• The Hopewell Dance Team will be selling
Attractions Dining and Value Guides starting in
October. They cost 20$ and pay for themselves
after 2 uses. There are thousands of dollars in
local savings, and are full of coupons. Stop by
room 847 to purchase one. The proceeds will
help the Dance team fundraise for their Spring
Competition!
Foreign Exchange Program

Women’s Lacrosse
There will be workouts every Wednesday at
the HAP field in Huntersville @ 3:30-5:00.

TEACHERS:
• Teachers letting your recycle bin run over, this is the
procedure you should follow:
– Send a responsible student with bin to rollout. The
rollouts are located at each workroom except 900.
they are located in stairwells.
– Dump bin into rollout and return empty bin to
class.
– The custodian assigned to that area will then take
rollout to recycle dumpster.
– Empty rollout will then be returned to proper
location.

• The Carolina Association of Black Journalists and the School of
Journalism and Mass Communication at UNC Chapel Hill will
host a one-day event for minority high school students
interested in journalism

College
• CPCC Representative, Connor Deason will be in the

Catalyst Conference brings a select group of
100 high school students from across North
Carolina to UNC Chapel Hill for a weekendlong exploration of social justice issues.

Scholarship

Scholarship
