Energy Use CO2 Emissions Replacement rate <1% Approximately 70% of existing properties will remain in 2050 Age of Stock Stephen Waterworth What we will be able to test This unique facility will allow the University, in collaboration with industry and the community, develop solutions to address the energy crisis (levels of C02, rising fuel prices and the need to secure an energy future).
