Leave space around for tank inspections

Install the panels on the base system

Upper ring covers lowest ring on the
outside

Do not install the panel rings in one
vertical line

Complete tank is installed by hand

After finishing, all bolt sets need to be
fixed by force of min 20 Nm

Take away all sharp elements

Equalise the sand bottom or clean the
concrete floor

Install the bottom insulation blanket (500
gr/m2) if concrete floor has been used

Install the wall insulation blanket (300
gr/m2) and fix it with plastic strips and
tie–raps

Install the liner by using clamps

Tighten the liner through the ratchet
buckles

the material above the pipe
 Push the outlet down
 Use tape 1 for first tightening
