PER FORMARE is a training agency established in 1992 as no-profit organisation

It is approved by Lazio Region for carrying out Higher training, Continuing education and Guidance
•
Since 7 February 2013, it has acquired legal personality and it has been entered in the Lazio Region
Register of Associations
•
It achieves training interventions financed by Interprofessional Funds for continuing education, by
supporting enterprises in planning and realisation of specific training courses
•
Since 2004, Per Formare holds the Quality Certification ISO 9001:2008 for Planning and Provision of
Training Services, Research and Vocational Guidance (EA37)

It realises analysis of Organisational Climate in order to propose enhancement and change
paths for the organisational well-being

It carries out research activities in the field of organisational innovations , which help and
support changes

It participates to European Projects of LLP on adult education and the exchange of good
educational practices of mature adults
