foreign invaders such as bacteria, dirt, pollution, and
other microorganisms out, while holding vital, life
sustaining fluids in.

A roof with old, broken, worn out shingles will fail
to properly protect a home from environmental
factors such as sun, rain, snow, extreme heat, or
cold. Likewise, the skin, when in poor condition,
