Såpass intelligent, faktisk, at han har blitt utpekt som mannen som skal frelse maorifolket på New Zealand fra senskadene etter de overgrep som gjennom århundrenes løp har blitt begått mot dem av kolonistene fra det nordvestlige Europa og deres etterkommere. When did the Europeans begin to settle in New Zealand? 6. When was the Declaration of Independence signed? 7. On the 6th of February, 1840 the Treaty of Waitangi was signed. What was it about? 8. How many percentage of the population in New Zealand are Maori? (according to this source) Think about it In the film, we will meet Ngaa, a young Maori boy who takes school very seriously and who works hard to get into Yale University. Why do you think education plays such a crucial role to many young people around the world? Why is education one of the most quintessentially traits of our society?
