What is it?
The FaithSoaring Churches Learning
Community [FSCLC] seeks to empower
congregations of all sizes and shapes who
are at least one generation old from their
founding to develop patterns that allow for
continual vitality and vibrancy.

FSCLC is a learning community for pastors,
staff persons, and lay leaders in
congregations more than a generation old
who want to soar with faith into the next
generation of their life.

as coaches, consultants, denominational
staff, educators, researchers, and others
who champion the life and ministry of
