LET’S REVIEW

WHAT WE HAVE

LEARNED

What is Temperament?

Temperament (defined)

– The manner of thinking, behaving or reacting characteristics of a specific person

Temperament Theory:

– A way of helping people better understand human behavior

Think of Real Colors as a way of building common ground…..

• To enhance communication

• To “speak the language of others”

• To help us work more effectively with people

• To help us with an enhanced ability to understand how OTHERS process info

• To help us modify our communication style to connect with others.

Real Colors

can help us…..

• Recognize our strengths and the strengths of others

• Build greater rapport with others

• Enhance our ability to understand how others process information

• Recognize different thinking and learning styles of others

REMEMBER!!

Color is not an excuse for behavior!

Learn to speak in the language of the listener

Learn to listen in the language of the speaker
