the Academy and find out if they have done any
modules already!

there are to run the Academy
The Skills to Succeed Academy technology guide provides all the information needed to check if your
technology can run the Academy and what actions need to be taken to get the right technology
specifications to run the Academy.
Contents:
1. Details of the technology specifications needed
to run the Academy
2. Information on how to get these specifications
on a computer
3. Details on what happens in the training if the
right specifications are not in place
Use: If a customer is having a technical problem, ask

DWP Advisers: Log on to the Academy using Mozilla Firefox. until Internet Explorer 9 is installed on
your work computer (at the latest by mid-2014). Then use Internet Explorer

Hand out the Academy leaflet to customers so they can access the site (include their access code!)

Make sure to ask customers to complete the feedback survey and quiz at the end of all modules
•
DWP Advisers - Tracking customer Academy referrals and customer Academy progress:

Log the referral in the DWP LMS and track customer progress in the customer Action Plan.
