PEZA Examiner conducts examination, signs the Form 8105 PEZA Examiner receives the shipment together with the corresponding 8105 and supporting documents into the zone. NO END YES PEZA Recommending Officer advises Zone Enterprise/Representative to comply with other specific requirements which may include the submission of additional supporting documents NOTES: 1CEWE = Customs-EPZA Warehousing Entry PHILIPPINE ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY PROCESSING OF APPLICATION TO FARM-OUT (FORM 8106) (Bring-out goods from the Ecozone to the Customs Territory) START APPLICATION APPROVAL Zone Enterprise files PEZA Form 8106 with: PEZA Recommending Officer signs Form 8106 and endorses the same to the PEZA Zone Administrator/ Zone Manager/ OIC who shall: • • • • Letter of Authority (Constructive Export, Local Sales, Subcontracting, Transfer for Repair, etc.) Surety Bond Packing List / Delivery Receipt / Invoice Other Documents as may be required by PEZA PROCESSING • • Undertake final review Approve and sign the Form 8106 • PEZA Officer issues order of payment for Constructive Export or Local Sales PEZA Officer assigns Control Number • PEZA Recommending Officer evaluates • • • • Authorized Signatory Description and Quantity of Goods as compared to the list approved under the LOA Purpose of farm-out and other conditions of LOA Accuracy of information & compliance w/ regulations INSPECTION • PEZA Examiner conducts examination, signs the Form 8106 RELEASING • Needs further evaluation review?
