• The Purpose of the lesson is to get us to
appreciate some of the blessings we have
in Jesus Christ.
• Before spiritual blessings can be realized,
we must see how to get into Christ
• Once in Christ we learn to share those
blessings with others.

Baptized Into Christ
• Romans 6:3 Know ye not know that as many of

us as were baptized into Jesus
Christ were baptized into His death?
1Corinthians 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all
baptized into one body--whether Jews or
Gentile, whether slaves or free--and have all
been made to drink into one Spirit.
Galatians 3:27 For as many of you as have
been baptized into Christ have put
on Christ.
Blessings In Christ
• Romans 3:24 being justified freely by His grace

through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
Romans 6:11 Likewise, reckon you also
yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive
to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but
the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no
condemnation to those who are in Christ
Jesus, who do not walk after the flesh, but after
to the Spirit.
Blessings In Christ
• Romans 8:39 nor height nor depth, nor any
other creature, shall be able to separate us from
the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our
Lord.
• Romans 12:5 so we, being many, are one
body in Christ, and every one members of one
another.
Blessings In Christ
• 1Corinthians 1:30 But of Him are ye in Christ
Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom-and righteousness and sanctification and
redemption--
• 1Corinthians 4:10 We are fools for Christ's sake,
but you are wise in Christ! We are weak, but
you are strong! You are distinguished, but we
are dishonored!
• 1Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even
so in Christ all shall be made alive.
Blessings In Christ
• Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in
Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath prepared
before ordained that we should walk in them.
• Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes
were far off have been brought near (made nigh) by
the blood of Christ.
• Ephesians 3:6 that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and
of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ
by the gospel,
Do you consider these
blessings?
-Being a member of the Lord’s Church?
- Going through trials and tribulation?
(Rom. 5:3-4)
-Working for the Lord?
-Having God’s word as our light? (Ps.
119:105)
Conclusion
• To enjoy the blessings of Christ, you must
be in Christ.
• Baptism is the only way that scripture tells
us how to get into Christ.
• Those outside of Christ do not have these
blessings, even if they think they do.
• Are you in Christ?
