Schwaber and Sutherland have produced a useful and
comprehensive summary of SCRUM on their website
www.scrum.org. This summary can be downloaded
for free.
A Google or similar search on SCRUM will provide a
useful overview of the approach which is becoming
very popular in many countries.

management and leadership approaches.
