Smoking prevalence in routine and manual workers in West Sussex has increased since 2009, up to 29.7%. The 28-day mass participation event to help England’s smokers stop Because Stoptober has been proven as a highly effective way to help people stop smoking; more support than ever before; and everyone is doing it together What will support this physically? A refreshed 28-day app, email and text service and pack; as well as an active support network on social media and in many workplaces What will support this emotionally?
