• SPARKS is a program to bring new leaders to the organization
• SPARKS brings together educators who are within their first five (5) years of teaching
• SPARKS provides an opportunity to discuss the triumphs and challenges of being an educator

Once names are submitted….
• Nominees will receive a questionnaire to complete and return to MCEA
• Upon return of the questionnaire, nominee will be contacted for a five minute phone interview.
• Nominee will receive confirmation of selection status via email.
