Now....if you call and you get the owner on the phone. Here is what to say......

may have an INTEREST in it. Are you still looking to sell or have your plans changed?
Now from here you may get a variety of responses. From ....I am so glad you called...... to hang ups or worse. Here
are some ways to ......side step...possible negatives etc.
Owner: Do you have a buyer?
