extension, and stand;
• Maintenance on Asset Groups allows unlimited
maintainable items (MSI) to be attached and can be linked
to one work order instead of having a work order per MSI;
• Manage work orders by Priority Category, Priority,
Maintenance Type and Service Type;
• Enter unlimited tasks, activities, resources to activities,
special instructions, materials required/used, additional
expenses and linked documents;

Document Revision
• Revise documents as they are alerted. The older revised
document will be moved to a Revision folder while the
latest revision will remain. A list of all revisions will be
kept on record however, the company can decided on then
to start deleting old revisions automatically.
Document Work Flow
• For document reviewing, redlining, editing, approving etc,

• Mark document as confidential either to the creator or a

Document Register that has the ability to perform revision
(version) control;

• Develop a centralised CMMS and SHEQ application (web-enabled or cloud
based) with a split database for each company;
• This will consist of the general requirements that can be found in a CMMS,
Project, CRM and Document Management system as a minimum requirement;
• Develop a joint module specific to SHEQ standards to assist consultants to
remain within the standards required by the Government for competency;
• On application hosted centrally for an unlimited amount of users;
• All data is confidential and no other company can see another companies
information

• No one pays to join the site and enter their company as a potential user;
