• Implementation of comments received during the
review cycle
• Alignment to the latest version of UCC DA/IA

New legal requirements
 eManifest as a mean to proof Union status of goods
will be covered by PoUS system:
 definition of the system scope will be redrafted
accordingly;
 no major impact in terms of process: standard T2L/T2LF
registration/presentation process is applied;
 description of the proposed implementation alternative
(central development) will be redrafted providing more
technical details on system architecture

New legal requirements
 Provisions on supervising the use of the proofs:
 additional functionality 'Register Proof usage
information' will be added at the level of Presentation
office;
 information about the use of Proof will be stored in CR
and will be available each time when the Proof query is
performed.

• Discussion and approval in Customs Business Group
meeting: end Jan 2015
• Submission for approval to COM internal governance
bodies (ITSC, ISPMB)
