Job Title: Finance Sr Analyst - Wholesale RLSD
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Prepare monthly forecast for Wholesale capital and lead forecast
meetings
 Analyze trends and variances against project budget and forecasts
 Lead monthly project close out process and meetings
 Oversee updates of install list project coding, budgets, forecast and
actuals
 Perform month-end close, including AUC reconciliations, journal
entry preparation, intercompany rebills, prepaid and accounts
receivable

 Develop and build upon analytical tools and reports to improve
overall efficiency and accuracy
 Collect and analyze data in support of operating and strategic

Position Title: Finance Manager – San Bernardino Office
Responsibilities:
• Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support Company
goals
• Ensure the development, implementation and ongoing management of
department programs and functions, including expense management,
budgeting/forecasting processes, capital planning, and business case
development
• Identify, create and administer meaningful reporting to support
Fulfillment Operations analytics

Join our Finance department as a Financial Analyst, responsible for the
oversight and production of revenue and expense analysis systems, key
indicators, and ongoing and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis. This
position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and requires significant
interaction with senior management across the organization.
Responsibilities:
» Prepare and monitor ongoing and ad hoc cost analysis and reports
» Develop and maintain key indicators for individual service divisions
» Prepare budgets, forecasts, and other analysis as needed
» Provide technical analysis and support to the Manager of Financial Planning &
Analysis, VP of Finance and the CFO in monitoring and analyzing financial
performance
Job Requirements:
» Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; Master’s degree preferred
» Minimum 5 years' experience as a financial analyst
» Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred
» Familiarity with MA contracted human services, Education Services and Behavioral
Health preferred but not required
» CPA or CMA preferred but not required
