How to apply a patch { Application }
 Unzip the patch and download in location /udd001/oracle/Patches
 First run the validate patch impact .. Example below
/udd001/oracle/fa/fusionapps/applications/lcm/ad/bin/fapmgr.sh report -patchimpact patchtop /udd001/oracle/Patches/FINARU/18694619
 Review pre-reqs if any in the patch impact report if any and apply them before proceeding
with validate stage
 Validate example below
/udd001/oracle/fa/fusionapps/applications/lcm/ad/bin/fapmgr.sh validate -online -patchtop

 Once successful completed then apply the patch
