To be in agreement with God we must know his heart. CONFESS THE WORD Hebrews 4:2 The word of God must be mixed with Faith in order for God to work within me. When I confess the word of God about my situation, the word of God transforms my situation. WHAT IS CONFESSION To declare what you believe To declare what is truly in your heart It is NOT saying what you should believe When I confess the word of God it becomes active and alive in me. Because I am agreeing with God. Our confession of the word of God gives us victory of the enemy BE PREPARED A surgeon does not start his training on the day he needs to perform his first surgery. In starts way in advance. Similarly we should not begin our preparation for victory when the battle begins. We should be prepared ahead of time Therefore we must know the word of God and believe the word of God in order to be able to confess it when it is needed. BE PREPARED Read / Listen to the word of God Memorize the word of God Meditate / Recite the word of God Speak / Discuss the word of God RECEIVING FROM GOD John 15:7 I must abide in God (Be a Christian, confess Jesus as my Lord) God’s word must abide in me (Be the foundation of my decisions) I must be in agreement with the word of God
