standards for each of the segments

Identify Delivery Strategies
In the Excel document go to columns “F-H” to identify Teaching
Delivery Strategies. As a team, identify the following:
Planning Resources
• Websites, textbooks, etc.
Delivery Resources
• Ideas for presenting the standards, projects
Assessment Resources
• Rubrics, sample formative assessments, etc.

 Go to the Segment worksheet that you will be working with

 Select the standard
 Select the category: Planning, Delivery Resources or
Assessment
 Type in the information for the category
 Example:
 Name of the text and chapter or section
 Name of the website
 Description of the delivery
 Name of the rubric or assessment
 Also, if someone has to get the information and load it on
LearnPort then list their name and what they need to do
