REACH DECLARATION

Dear Customer,
Reach regulation regulates the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of the
chemical substances produced and/or imported into the European Union in quality equal to one
ton or more per year.
Thermoplastic materials (Polymers) have not to be registered and evaluated neither the
products obtained for moulding because during the transformation (moulding) from polymer to
item there is not change of the structure of the polymer.
Also steel, brass metallic inserts are not subjected to mandatory registration.
Consequently, as thermoplastic material transformation company, GAMM is not compelled
to register its items.
In order to protect its customers since year 2008 GAMM has requested to all the suppliers
to ensure that the products supplied to GAMM are REACH compliant.
Besides that, all GAMM’s suppliers are compelled to inform GAMM of every change to
every amendment of the REACH Regulation.
Up to date, the substance of the Candidate List (last updating on 16th June 2014) are not
contained into our items.
