What Jesus Has
Done for You
In My Father's house are many mansions;
if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to
prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and
prepare a place for you, I will come again
and receive you to Myself; that where I am,
there you may be also.
(John 14:2-3)
Jesus became poor that you might
become rich.
2 Corinthians 8:9
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus
Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your
sakes He became poor, that you through
His poverty might become rich.
James 2:5
Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not
chosen the poor of this world to be rich in
faith and heirs of the kingdom which He
promised to those who love Him?
Jesus was born that you
might be born again.
John 3:3-5
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most
assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born
again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 4
Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be
born when he is old? Can he enter a second
time into his mother's womb and be born?” 5
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to
you, unless one is born of water and the
Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”
Jesus became a servant that you
might become a son.
Philippians 2:7
But Jesus made Himself of no reputation, taking
the form of a bondservant, and coming in the
likeness of men.
Galatians 4:6-7
And because you are sons, God has sent forth
the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out,
“Abba, Father!” 7 Therefore you are no longer a
slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God
through Christ.
Jesus was homeless on earth that
you might have a home in Heaven.
Matthew 8:20
And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes
and birds of the air have nests, but the Son
of Man has nowhere to lay His head.”
John 14:2
In My Father's house are many mansions;
if it were not so, I would have told you. I go
to prepare a place for you.
Jesus was made weary
that you might find rest.
John 4:6
Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus
therefore, being wearied from His journey,
sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth
hour.
Matthew 11:29
Take My yoke upon you and learn from
Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and
you will find rest for your souls.
Jesus was stripped of His robe
that we might be clothed.
Matthew 27:28
And they stripped Him and put a scarlet
robe on Him.
2 Corinthians 5:8
For we who are in this tent groan, being
burdened, not because we want to be
unclothed, but further clothed, that
mortality may be swallowed up by life.
Jesus was made sin that you might
be made the righteousness of God
through Him.
2 Corinthians 5:21
For He made Him who knew no sin to
be sin for us, that we might become
the righteousness of God in Him.
Jesus died that you might live!
John 19:33
But when they came to Jesus and saw that He
was already dead, they did not break His legs.
John 5:24-25
Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My
word and believes in Him who sent Me has
everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment,
but has passed from death into life. 25 Most
assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and
now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the
Son of God; and those who hear will live.
What Jesus Will Do for you
Jesus will come again that you
might go to be with him in eternity
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven
with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and
with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will
rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall
be caught up together with them in the clouds to
meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall
always be with the Lord.
