Static pressure is what is developed within the blower
plenum to produce true forced convection
• Why is Static Pressure important?



Static pressure directly relates to the amount of heat
transfer an oven can deliver
The greater the static pressure the greater the heat
transferred to the product
Static pressure insures uniform convection delivery
from the plenum to the product
