 Any form of water particles that falls from the atmosphere and reach the ground

 Precipitation that flows across the land’s surface to fall into rivers and streams

Solar Still

 Materials

 Plastic Tub

 Measuring Cup

 Small Plastic Cup

 1 Marble

 Plastic Wrap

 Masking Tape

 Soil & Sand Mixture

 Water

Directions

 Add 4 cups of Soil/Sand Mixture to the Plastic Tub

 Position the Plastic Cup in the center of the Tub.

 Add approximately 6 ounces of Water to the

Soil/Sand Mixture.

 Seal the Tub with Plastic Wrap and Tape.

 Place the Marble on the Plastic Wrap directly above the Plastic Cup.

 Place the Solar Still under the lamp or in direct sun light.
