opportunity sites over 19 hectares,

deliver:• More than 5,000 new homes, in the long
term.
• Approximately 95,000 m² (gross) of new
and replacement High Street retail,
restaurants, café, leisure and cultural
uses.
• Other active ground floor uses (i.e.
secondary, retail, service/ community
uses, residential/ office entrances) and
new/ replacement small scale
commercial and employment uses.
