Anmälan
Kunden accepterar i samband med sin anmälan villkoren för deltagande under Tema Renrum
2014 (”TR”) den 18-11-2014 samt 19-11-2014, som arrangeras av Rent Forum i Norden AB,
org.nr. 556644-7172 (”Rentforum”) på Scandic Infra City, Upplands Väsby Sverige.

Vid anmälan skickas en orderbekräftelse via e-post till kunden. Anmälan till TR är bindande.
Deltagaravgift
Ordinarie deltagaravgift är SEK 8 600 :- exklusive moms per deltagare. Deltagaravgift för en av
dagarna är SEK 6 900 :- exklusive moms per deltagare. Samtliga deltagaravgifter faktureras vid
anmälan med betalningsvillkor 30 dagar netto.
Vid anmälan före den 18-10-2014 utgår en rabatt på SEK 1 000 :- exklusive moms för respektive
deltagaravgift. Gå 3 betala för 2 innebär att ingen deltagaravgift tas ut för varje tredje deltagare
som anmäls från ett företag vid ett och samma anmälningstillfälle, vilket alltid är den/de
deltagare med lägst deltagaravgift.
Hantering av lämnade uppgifter
Rentforum hanterar och använder den information som du har lämnat i syfte att behandla din
anmälan om deltagande. Personuppgifter i form av namn och företag kan även komma att
användas för att informera utställare på TR om vilka besökare som anmält sig. Härutöver kan
Rentforum komma att använda personuppgifterna inom BioTekPro-koncernen för direkt
marknadsföring i form av nyhetsbrev, inbjudningar och andra utskick. Som privatperson kan du
när som helst meddela Rentforum en s.k. direktreklamspärr som förhindrar att dina uppgifter
används för direkt marknadsföring. Rentforum kommer inte utan ditt samtycke att
vidareförmedla uppgifter om dig till utomstående part utanför BioTekPro-koncernen, annat än
om sådan skyldighet följer av lag.
För anmälan till TR förutsätts att du godkänner Rentforums behandling av dina personuppgifter
och att du lämnar enligt personuppgiftslagen erforderligt samtycke därtill. Rentforum skyddar
dina personuppgifter genom normala tekniska och organisatoriska säkerhetsåtgärder.
Hantering av personuppgifter sker i enlighet med personuppgiftslagen (1998:204)

Villkor för Anmälan till/Terms of Registration for

Registration
When register to participate at Tema Renrum 2014 (”TR”) on the 18-11-2013 and 19-11-2014,
arranged by Rent Forum i Norden AB, org.nr. 556644-7172 (”Rentforum”) at Scandic Infra City,
Upplands Väsby Sweden, the Customer accept the terms of attendance. Detail information about
TR can be found at http://rentforum.se/tema-renrum-2014
After registration an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the Customer. The registration
to TR is conclusive.
Participant fee
The participant fee is SEK 8 600:- per person (excluding VAT). The participant fee for one of the
two days is SEK 6 900 :- per person (excluding VAT). Participant fees will be invoiced after
registration, with a payment term of 30 days net.
At registration prior to 18-10-2014 a discount of SEK 1 000 :- (excluding VAT) will be given on
each participant fee. Participate 3 Pay for 2 means that no participant fee will be invoiced for
every third participant that is registered from one and the same company at one registration
occasion, which always is/are the participant(s) with the lowest participant fee.
Handling of given information
Rentforum handles and uses the information that you have stated in the purpose of handling
your registration for participation. Personal information in the form of name and company can
also be used for informing the exhibitors at TR regarding the amount of participants. In addition
to this Rentforum may use personal information within the BioTekPro Group for direct
marketing in the form of newsletters, invitations and other dispatches. As a private individual
you may at any time inform Rentforum a so called direct marketing stop that hinders your
private information from being used for direct marketing. Rentforum will not without you
consensus forward information about you to an outside part that is not in the BioTekPro-Group,
if not being forced by law.
For registration to TR an approval is required for Rentforums handling of your personal
information and that you will provide consent according to the personal information law.
Rentforum protects your personal information by normal technical and organizational security
precautions. Personal information is handled in accordance to the Swedish personal information
law - personuppgiftslagen (1998:204).
