Majesty and Power
Majesty, worship His majesty;
Unto Jesus Be all glory, honor, and praise.
Majesty, kingdom authority
Flow from His throne unto His own. His anthem raise.
So exalt, lift up on high the name of Jesus,
Magnify, come glorify Christ Jesus, the King.
Majesty, worship His majesty;
Jesus, who died, now glorified, King of all Kings.
So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown
The Old Rugged Cross
1. 各各他山嶺上,孤立古舊十架,這乃是羞辱痛苦記號;
On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross,
The emblem of suffering and shame;
And I love that old cross where the dearest and best
For a world of lost sinners was slain.
So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown
The Old Rugged Cross
2. 主寶貴十字架,乃世人所輕視,我卻認為是神愛可誇;
O that old rugged cross, so despised by the world,
Has a wondrous attraction for me;
For the dear Lamb of God left His glory above
To bear it to dark Calvary.
So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown
The Old Rugged Cross
3. 各各他之十架,雖然滿有血跡,我仍然以此架為美聖;
In that old rugged cross, stained with blood so divine,
A wondrous beauty I see,
For ’twas on that old cross Jesus suffered and died,
To pardon and sanctify me.
So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown
The Old Rugged Cross
4. 故我樂意背負,此奇妙的寶架,甘願受世人輕視辱罵;
To the old rugged cross I will ever be true;
Its shame and reproach gladly bear;
Then He’ll call me some day to my home far away,
Where His glory forever I’ll share.
So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross,
Till my trophies at last I lay down;
I will cling to the old rugged cross,
And exchange it some day for a crown
People Need the Lord
Every day they pass me by,
I can see it in their eyes;
Empty people filled with care,
headed who knows where.
On they go through private pain,
living fear to fear
Laughter hides their silent cries,
only Jesus hears.
*~*
People need the Lord,
people need the Lord.
At the end of broken dreams,
He’s the open door. *
People need the Lord, people need the Lord.
When will we realize people need the Lord.
We are called to take His light
to a world where wrong seems right
What could be too great a cost
for sharing life with one who’s lost?
Through His love our hearts can feel
all the grief they bear;
They must hear the words of life,
only we can share.

People need the Lord,
people need the Lord.
At the end of broken dreams,
He’s the open door. *

People need the Lord, people need the Lord.

Weekly Verse
• Deuteronomy 8:3
Man does not live on bread alone but
on every word that comes from the mouth of
the LORD.
Sermon verses: Luke 4:1-13
4 Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the
Jordan and was led by the Spirit into
the wilderness, 2 where for forty days he
was tempted[a] by the devil. He ate
nothing during those days, and at the
end of them he was hungry.
3 The devil said to him, “If you are the
Son of God, tell this stone to become
bread.”
4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man
shall not live on bread alone.’[b]”
5 The devil led him up to a high place
and showed him in an instant all the
kingdoms of the world. 6 And he said to
him, “I will give you all their authority
and splendor; it has been given to
me, and I can give it to anyone I want
to. 7 If you worship me, it will all be
yours.”
Sermon verses: Luke 4:1-13
answered, “It is written:
‘Worship the Lord your God and serve
him only.’[c]”
9 The devil led him to Jerusalem and
had him stand on the highest point of
the temple. “If you are the Son of God,”
he said, “throw yourself down from
here. 10 For it is written:
“‘He will command his angels
concerning you
to guard you carefully;
11 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot
against a stone.’[d]”
12 Jesus answered, “It is said: ‘Do not
put the Lord your God to the test.’[e]”
13 When the devil had finished all this
tempting, he left himuntil an opportune
time.
8 Jesus
裡跳下去;
他的使者保護你;
