低收入福利
CalWORKs Program
California Work Opportunity & Responsibility to kids
申請條件 (以2011年7月政府頒布為準）
1.低收入（參考標準：MBSAC-Minimum
Basic Standard Of Adequate Care）
家庭銀行的存款不能超過$2000；或$3000
若家庭成員裡有超過65歲的長者。
自用的汽車價值不能超過 $4600美金。
可以擁有自己居住的房子。

申請條件 (以2011年7月政府頒布為準）
2.家庭中有18歲以下的小孩需要照顧
3.雙親中有一人已經死亡、離家、失業、或心
理有殘障
例：3口之家的月收入在 $1000左右；滿足上
述條件，每個月可以從政府那裡申請到 $600
生活補助金；還可以享受政府提供的糧食券
(food Stamp)；及醫療保險。

prevent hunger & improve nutrition & health
申請條件（以2011年7月政府頒布為準）
1.低收入的成人（18歲以上）
$1180；3口之家在 $2008
3.家庭的銀行存款不能超過 $2000；或
$3250若家庭成員裡有超過65歲的長者
例證：
單身若符合上述條件，每個月可申領到 $200
的糧食券。
3口之家若符合上述條件，每個月可申領到
$526的糧食券。

申請條件：
1. 年齡：
1)21以下 或 65歲以上；
2)21～65歲之間需要有未成年孩子（18歲以下）
3)孕婦；身體有殘障者
2. 收入：
個人月收入 $ 1161；夫婦月收入 $1571
滿足以上條件者，可獲得Full Medical（HMO)；
若沒有滿足以上條件，也可以申請但
需要與政府分攤醫療費用（share cost）

Cash Assistance Program for immigrants
Basic Eligibility Rules for CAPI
Meet all other SSI/SSP eligibility criteria
except for immigration status
 Be aged (65歲以上), blind, or disabled,
 Be a resident of California,
 Have resources below the allowable
limits of $2,000 for an individual or
$3,000 for a couple, and
 Have income less than the CAPI
standards

immigration status criteria in effect
for SSI/SSP as of 8/21/96.
 Be ineligible for SSI/SSP solely due to
immigration status. This means a

SSI/SSP, or submit other proof of
ineligibility from the Social Security
Administration.
