Mobility of youth workers - Youth workers training and networking, for the professional development of yuoth workers, through the implementation of activities such as transnational/international seminars, training courses, contact-making events, study visits. etc. or job shadowing/observation periods abroad in an organisation active in the field of youth. Transnational Strategic Partnerships aim at developing joint initiatives and promoting exchange of experience and know-how between organisations involved in education, training and youth or in other relevant fields. Key Action 2 – Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practice KNOWLEDGE AND SECTOR SKILLS ALLIANCES What? Knowledge and Sector Skills Alliances between Higher Education institutions or VET institutions from the one side, and enterprises from the other side, aim at promoting creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship as well as skillsmatching between educational offer and labour market demand.
