Dora Colvin Director of Student Recruitment Texas State Technical College E-mail: dvcolvin@tstc.edu Phone: 956.364.4119 This P-16 Council’s regional initiatives showcased this year are all designed to meet identified needs. We’ve shared about transition counseling because our students’ needs in this area are compelling and urgent! TSTC’s annual Counselor Updates meet needs for the college, but meet counselors’ needs as well. We hope what we have shared can be adapted by other Councils to meet needs in their regions.
