From grade 10 (MYP5,PDPA and PDPB) to
DP1
Från grade 10 (MYP5,PDPA and PDPB) till
DP1
In order to be moved up from grade 10 to DP1
you must show that you have the prerequisite
knowledge to succeed in your IBDP studies. You
should reach at least E in all subjects, and for
those subjects you wish to study at HL you
should have at least a grade C.
För att flyttas upp från grade 10 till DP1 måste du
visa att du har förutsättningar att klara studierna
under IB-åren. Du bör klara minst E i alla ämnen,
och du bör ha minst C i de ämnen som du väljer
att läsa på HL.
If at the end of the year you have not fulfilled
these conditions, you and your parent/guardian
are called to a meeting where we discuss your
overall study situation and decide whether to
move you up to DP1 or not.
Om du vid årets slut inte uppnått betygskraven för
uppflyttning till DP1 i något/några ämnen kallas
du och din vårdnadshavare in till ett möte där vi
diskuterar din allmänna studiesituation och
utifrån den beslutar om du ska flyttas upp till DP1
eller inte.
From DP1 to DP2
Från DP1 till DP2
Before summer break you must have completed
the following Extended Essay assignments:
selecting a subject, formulating your research
question, and writing an outline. You must also
have reached a minimum total of 22 points in
your DP1 Finals.
Före sommarlovet måste du ha blivit klar med
följande Extended Essay uppgifter: valt ämne,
formulerat en frågeställning, och skrivit en
disposition. Du måste också ha uppnått totalt 22
poäng i DP1 Finals.

Conditions for final exam registration
Villkor för registrering till slutexamen
Registration for final exams takes place in
November. To be eligible for registration we
require that you have submitted a first draft of
your Extended Essay as well as the final product,
completed the TOK presentation and your
Language A Written Assignment. You must also
have CAS all Internal Assessment work well
under control.
Registreringen till slutexamen sker i november.
För att registreras ställer vi vissa krav. Du ska ha
lämnat in ett första utkast av din Extended Essay
och även lämnat in slutprodukten. Du ska även
vara färdig med TOK presentation och Language
A Written Assignment. Du ska ligga bra till i CAS
och Internal Assessment i alla ämnen.
To not be registered for final exams means that
your exam will be postponed by one year. Before
such a decision is made you will be called to a
meeting to discuss what your best options are.
Conditions for retake students
If you failed to get your diploma, there is a
possibility for you to retake the exams in May the
following year. You will be introduced to the
retake procedure in December in DP2.
Om du inte registreras senareläggs din
slutexamen med ett år. Innan ett sådant beslut
fattas kallas du till ett möte där det bestäms vad
som är bäst för dig.
Villkor för retake-elever
Om du misslyckades med dina slutprov har du
möjlighet att göra om dem i maj kommande år.
Du får mer detaljerad information om detta i
december i DP2.
