Heritage Square Housing Partners, LP
> CEQA exemption for Historical Resource projects
> Amend scope to include Decker House relocation as
developer’s responsibility
> Relocate Decker House to Heritage Square South
> Amend FY 2015 dept. operating budget and approve
appropriation of $225K from Inclusionary Fund
balance for Heritage Square project

$225K to fund cost of Decker House relocation
> Costs include development of plans, Historic
Preservation process for approval of Certificate of
Appropriateness, lead-based paint testing and
abatement, two moves, cribbing for temporary
relocation, grading, permanent concrete foundation,
permit fees, contingency, prevailing wage
> Developer will do advertised bids for the relocation and
outreach to subcontractor workshop attendees

recommendation, but with a provision that contracts between
City and developer include a “24-hour construction clause.”
