Every such printed regulations must be filled in by hand (in block letters) or with a word processor (using a different font or bold characters). Unwanted text must be erased by drawing a line through it so it can still be read. For the purpose of issuing organisation permits, any regulation that has not been filled in using these supplementary regulations will not be accepted. The Organiser must declare not to have modified these supplementary regulations (see the statement below the stamp of the Organiser and the signature of the legal representative). The Organiser must declare any changes to these supplementary regulations with a separate written report, in which he/she must explain the reasons for the requested changes (see the statement below the stamp of the Organiser and the signature of the legal representative). Any changes must be distinguishable from the original text. No. 236109 Press Officer: Francesca Azzali ART. 4 - RACE The Organiser SCUDERIA TRICOLORE ASD Holder of the licence No. 308860, announces and organises on 24-27 APRIL 2014 A Classic Cars classic regularity rally named: TERRE DI CANOSSA The zone where the event will be held is 3 The event will take place over No. 3 days. ART. 5 - ROUTE The route of the event will be 565,45 km in length and will be described in the times and distances table attached to these specific regulations, of which it is an integral part, and in the Road Book. The times and distances table will also describe how the time trials will take place. There will be No.75 Time Trials, No.2 Average Speed Trials, No.9 Time Checks e No.7 Stamp Checks. The rally will start from REGGIO EMILIA (RE) at 09.30 on 25/04/2014 and will finish in REGGIO EMILIA (RE) from 13.30 on 27/04/2014. The rally will take place on public roads, at an average speed of no more than 50 kph (14). ART. 6 - VEHICLES Cars built from 1982 to today will be eligible to participate, up to a maximum of 30 vehicles. Any decisions made by the Organising Committee regarding which cars will be admitted will be final. It is not allowed to replace the car after the admission has been confirmed, except for specific cases approved by the Organising Committee. ART. 6 Bis – STARTING INTERVALS The start will be given to two cars at the same time each minute. Pag. 4 ART. 6 Ter – PACE CARS It is strictly forbidden to overtake the Pace Cars. ART. 7 - APPLICATIONS The applications, whose forms must be mailed (or sent through fax or email) to SCUDERIA TRICOLORE ASD - Viale Magenta 1/D - 42123 Reggio Emilia - Fax 0522-441633 - Email info@scuderiatricolore.re.it, along with the € (euro) 2.900,00 entry fee, will open and close on the dates and times specified by the programme. Any decisions made by the Organising Committee regarding which cars will be admitted will be final. ART. 7 Bis – SUPPLEMENTARY SCRUTINEERING By invitation of the Organiser, the competitors can attend a supplementary scrutineering (both administrative and technical) session on Friday 25 April 2014 from 18.30 to 19.30, at the Hotel St. Mauritius, via XX Settembre n. 28, Forte dei Marmi. In this case, they will be able to take part in the race starting from the Second Leg, and will be included in the general classification with a penalty of 12.000 points. ART. 8 - REARRANGEMENTS Rearrangements are not expected. ART. 9 - TIME LIMIT A crew will be considered over the time limit: - if it passes through a time check with a delay of over 15 minutes; - if it accumulates a total amount of over 30 minutes of delay at more than one time check; ART. 10 - ARRIVAL Leg 1: FORTE DEI MARMI, Viale Franceschi, open from 16.45 Leg 2: PIETRASANTA, Piazza Statuto, open from 20.00 Leg 3: REGGIO EMILIA, Piazza Prampolini, open from 13.00 ART. 11 - CLASSIFICATIONS The following classifications will be drawn up: a) overall; b) special Ferrari Club Italia, Maserati Club At the end of the Third Leg, the penalty points imposed for the worst time trial out of the whole rally (resulting after the application of average allowed speeds) of each crew will be cancelled. On each Leg will be granted the possibility to verify a maximum of three times of the same day. Except for the above mentioned cancellation, it will not be possible to protest about the classifications of the First and Second Legs after 30 minutes from their posting. Passing early through certain time checks, specified in the Times and Distances Table, will not result in any penalty. ART.11 Bis – READMISSION TO THE RALLY Any crews which arrived past the time limit or which did not pass through one or more checks (TC, TT, AST, SC) will be automatically readmitted at the start of the next Leg with a penalty of 12.000 points. Likewise, any competitors who did not take part in the First and/or Second Leg can be readmitted to the subsequent ones with a penalty of 12.000 points per missed Leg. Pag. 5 ART. 12 - AWARDS Awards of honour will be bestowed to: - the first 3 crews in the overall classification - the first 3 crews in the special classifications ART. 13 - GENERAL PROVISIONS By entering the event, each competitor declares on behalf of himself, his/her driver, co-driver, employees and staff: • to acknowledge and accept the provisions of the National Sporting Code (and its Supplementary Rules) as well as these Standard Supplementary Regulations, committing himself/herself to comply to them and to have others comply to them; • to commit himself/herself to solve any controversy emanating from the Organisation or the running of the event using the methods and terms fixed by the CSAI and to renounce the right to approach any judicial authorities other than the sporting authorities for the defence of his/her rights and interests as well as those of his/her driver, co-driver, employees and staff; • not to hold responsible the Automobile Club of Italy (ACI), the CSAI, the Organisers with all their collaborators, the Automobile Clubs involved in the event, the rally Officials as well as the owners of the roads included in the rally route, for any damage caused to the competitor himself/herself, his/her driver, co-driver, employees, staff and belongings, or for any damage caused to third parties or properties by the competitor himself/herself, his/her driver, co-driver, employees and staff.
