Riktlinjer för WAO Team Sweden 2015 Uttagning sker den 10-­11 januari, Stockholms Hundsportcentrum Vilka får kvala till WAO 2015? Alla är välkomna att delta och kämpa för att kvala till World Agility Open, men dessa kriterier måste uppfyllas: ● Föraren måste vara svensk medborgare eller vara permanent bosatt i Sverige och måste inneha ett giltigt pass. ● Alla hundar, oavsett om de har stamtavla eller är blandraser och som är friska och sunda, får delta på WAO. ● Beroende på hur många och vilka sponsorer vi kan knyta till Svenska WAO-­organisationen, så kan resan bli mer eller mindre självbekostad. Alla deltagare ska vara beredda att själva stå för alla kostnader kring deltagandet, resan, boende, landslagskläder och alla de dokument som krävs för att hunden ska komma in i Nederländerna. Alla deltagarna hjälps åt att försöka hitta sponsring för att få ner kostnaderna. ● Mätning av hundarna kommer att utföras på uttagningstävlingen för de hundar som inte har deltagit på WAO tidigare. Observera att hundarna kommer att mätas på plats på WAO och kommer inte att få starta om de blir upp-­, eller nermätta på plats i Nederländerna. ● Alla WAO:s reglers finns på http://www.worldagilityopen.com/wao_rulesregs.pdf Uttagning till Team Sweden WAO 2015 Generella regler ●
Det blir en uttagningstävling i Stockholm den 10-­11 januari. ●
Uttagningen är öppen för alla som uppfyller kraven. ●
Anmälan är bindande och anmälningsavgiften återbetalas ej. ●
Max 120 ekipage. När vi når 120 ekipage stängs anmälan ner. Det är först när betalningen inkommit som din anmälan är komplett. Om flera deltagare konkurrerar om sista platsen på uttagningen så gäller den anmälan vars betalning som först inkom till WAOs bankgiro. Om det inkommit flera betalningar samma dag är det den anmälan som gjordes först som får företräde. ●
Alla förare ska hjälpa till som funktionärer under uttagningshelgen. Det går bra att ordna en ersättare för sig själv. ●
Anmälningsavgiften på 500 kr/ekipage skall vara inbetald senast 20 december 2014. Betala direkt i samband med din anmälan, så du säkert får plats på uttagningen! (500 kr/ekipage till bankgiro: 581-­7937 WAO2015 märk din betalning med förarens namn och hund) ●
Det är den sammanlagda poängen från tävlingens fem klasser som avgör vilka tre ekipage som kvalificerar sig i varje storleksklass. Totalt tävlar 12 ekipage för WAO Team Sweden. ●
De tre ekipagen i vardera storleksklass, med de högsta sammanlagda poängen från de fem klasserna kommer att få en plats i Team Sweden, förutsatt att alla kriterier för deltagande är uppfyllda. Dessa ekipage kommer att representera Sverige i de tre individuella klasserna Pentathlon, Biathlon och Games samt lagtävlingarna på WAO 2015. Om en deltagare tackar nej till att delta kommer nästa ekipage i den sammanlagda resultatlistan att erbjudas en plats tills dess alla platser är fyllda, plus två reserver per storleksklass. Om två ekipage har samma totalpoäng i sammanräkningen vinner det ekipage som har den högsta enkilda poäng i något av agilityloppen eller hopploppet. Har de samma högsta enskilda poäng räknas den näst högsta poängen i samma lopp och så vidare. ●
Om reglerna i detta dokument inte är tillämpliga har Team Manager rätt att så objektivt som möjligt avgöra vem som får platsen. ●
Med undantag av de regler som angivits ovan kommer vi att följa WAO:s regler som finns på www.worldagilityopen.com. ●
Löpande information kommer att publiceras på WAO Team Sweden facebooksida. ●
Team Manager har rätt att ställa in uttagningstävlingen vid för få anmälningar eller andra omständigheter som gör att tävlingen inte går att genomföra. Om detta skulle ske kommer Team Manager att använda den officiella svenska listan Årets Agilityhund 2014 för att fylla platserna. Wildcards Om den internationella kommittén för WAO väljer ut svenska ekipage som wildcards tävlar dessa i de individuella klasserna, enligt WAO:s riktlinjer. Se på WAO:s egna hemsida för att läsa mer om wildcards (http://worldagilityopen.com). Observera, för att söka som wildcard så ska du deltagit på uttagningen men men inte blivit uttagen. Uttagningstävling 10-­11 Januari Uttagning sker genom följande klasser 10-­11 januari på Stockholms Hundsportcentrum;; Lördag: två agilityklasser och en hoppklass. Söndag;; en Snooker och en Gamblers. Storleksklasser Hundarna är indelade efter WAO:s fyra storleksklasser. Storleksklass Hundens mankhöjd Maxhöjd på hopphinder 300 320 mm (och under) 300 mm 400 410 mm (och under) 400 mm 525 500 mm (och under) 525 mm 650 över 500 mm 650 mm Poängsystem under uttagningen Agility och hopp Poängen för lördagens tva agilityklasser och hoppklass räknas ut genom att: ●

Vinnaren sätter referenstiden och tilldelas högsta poäng (50). Varje sekund över referenstiden motsvarar ett avdrag på 10 poäng. Endast felfria lopp ger poäng. Exempel: 1: a plats med noll fel och tid på 30 sekunder kommer att få 50 poäng och sätter referenstiden. 2: a plats med noll fel och tid på 31 sekunder får 40 poäng. 3: e plats med noll fel och tid på 31,48 sekunder får 35,2 poäng 4: e plats med noll fel och tid på 33,02 sekunder får 19,8 poäng 5: e plats med 5 fel får 0 poäng Snooker och Gamblers Söndagens tävlingar i Snooker och Gamblers döms enligt WAO:s regler. Den poäng ekipaget får i respektive klass är den poäng som används i sammanräkningen. WAO Team Sweden’s mission is in true WAO spirit to: ● Select a Swedish Team of handlers and dogs who will be competing against the rest of the world in the below referred disciplines. Team Sweden strives to build for the future of Swedish agility by providing a forum to build on potential human/canine partnership, showcasing the highest level of agility, athleticism, promote the design of better and safer agility equipment and new technology to improve the sport. ● Acknowledge the dog as an athlete and equally important member of the agility partnership. ●
Enable all dogs, whether pedigreed or not, to compete in an environment that is solely focused on the sport of agility. With this mission in mind, we are looking for competitive agility teams who share these values, capable of working in a team to develop themselves while competing on an international level. Included in this document are the team selection criteria and requirements. Successful applicants will be representing Sweden in the World Agility Open Championships 2015 in Emelo, Netherlands on the 15th-­17th of May. Please read the following rules and guidelines carefully! NUMBER OF DOGS
WAO Team Sweden will consist of a maximum of 12 dogs – three in each jump height. TEAM REQUIREMENT
●
The handler must be a Swedish citizen or have a permanent resident status in Sweden and must hold a valid passport. ●
Any dog, whether pedigreed or mixed, that is healthy and sound, is eligible to participate in the WAO competition. ●
There is a strong possibility that the trip will be 100% self-­funded. All candidates must declare their agreement and compromise to support their own participation costs including but not limited to traveling, team uniform, legal documentation for the dogs to entering the host country for the WAO event and event fees. The eligible team members will unite in the efforts of seeking fundraising and sponsorships. ● Dogs must be in good health, fit to travel and have appropriate paperwork to enter the country where the WAO event will be held. ●
Measuring of the dogs will be performed at the qualification for the dogs that haven’t participated at the WAO venue before. Please note that the dogs will be measured at the international WAO venue and unable to run if measured over. ●

Win-­on spots in each jump height will be determined the following way: 1. The event will be held on the 10th-­11th of January 2015 in Stockholm. 2. The selection days are open to all teams that fulfill the requirements. 3. There will be two selection days with a total of 5 classes. This will serve as qualifying trials to determine which three teams in each jump height that will fill the spots on Team Sweden 2015. 4. The combined results of said 5 classes will be counted as one competition and the top ranked team will be selected to compete for the Swedish Team. 5. The first selection day will consist of 3 classes: 2 agility rounds and 1 jumping round. The second selection day will consist of 2 classes: 1 Snooker round and 1 Gambler round. The combined results from these 5 classes determine the spots in each jump height. There will be a separate competition for each jump height. The following point system will be used: The results in the agility and jumping rounds follows the rules of Biathlon (WAO). Scoring is cumulative;; least faults wins with time as tie breaker only, in all aspects of the Biathlon. Time will be measured to 1/100th of a second. Each run will be awarded according to the following point system: ●
The winner sets the reference time and is awarded the maximum points (50). ● Only clean runs are awarded with points. ● Each second above reference time is equivalent to a deduction of 10 points. Example: 1st place with a clean run and a running time of 30 seconds will be awarded 50 points and sets the reference time. 2nd place with a clean run and a running time of 31 seconds gets 40 points. 3rd place with a clean run and a running time of 31,48 seconds gets 35,2 points 4th place with a clean run and a running time of 33,02 seconds gets 19,8 points 5th place with 5 faults gets 0 points The results in Snooker and Gambler will be awarded points according to normal Games Championship (WAO) rules. Scoring is cumulative;; highest number of points wins with time as tie breaker only, in all aspects of the Games Championship. 6. The team with the highest combined score of the 5 classes will be offered a spot on the Swedish Team. They will represent Sweden in each of the three individual competitions Pentathlon, Biathlon and Games as well as the team competitions in WAO 2015, provided that they meet the team requirements specified above. In the case that they are to decline the invitation, the 2nd place finisher will be invited to fill the spot and so on until all three spots and two alternates in each jump height have been selected. If the dogs are tied on points the highest score in any agility or jumping round will take precedence. If there’s still a tie the second best score will take precedence and so forth. 7. In the case of discrepancy, where these rules aren’t applicable, the Swedish Team Manager will objectively and to the best of her knowledge assess the individual candidates, subject to the discrepancy. 8. Except for the rules that have been specified above the qualification will be run under the WAO rules and guidelines that can be found at www.worldagilityopen.com. 9. Full details of the event will be released and posted on WAO Team Sweden’s Facebook page as soon as it is accepted by the WAO organizing committee. 10. The Team Manager reserves the right to cancel any or both of the two selection events in the unlikely event of low enrolments or other circumstances which have made the events unviable. In that case, Team Manager will revert to the official Swedish list Årets Agility Hund 2014 to fill the spots on the Swedish Team. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
1. Selective competitions will take place in January 2015 where the results will be qualifying. 2. The competing teams will receive an email informing them of the selection one week from the selection event in January. This information will also be published on the WAO Team Sweden’s Facebook page 3.
