SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Anders Conradi works primarily with corporate and securities law
issues, particularly in connection with acquisitions, investments,
mergers/de-mergers, business restructurings and other equity
transactions. Anders Conradi holds a Master of Law degree from
the University of Oslo, where he wrote a final thesis with the title:
