Technical
a)
PT Design Serviceability Classification : Type-02
b)
TMT Steel grade :Fe-550D has to be considered in detailing.
c)
PT System :Un-bonded System and 1F15 System (15.2mm HTS wire)
d)
Grade of concrete: As per structural consultant drawing.
e)
Framing Plan: As Per structural Framing Plans and the latest drawings
shared with FMI routed through Mr.Santhosh from Bengaluru
f)
Mode Measurement: PT Tendons Measured in Lmtr embedded inside the
structure.
g)
PT structure must cater additional AHU/data centre load in all typical floor
even though the grid has been shifted later with same direction. Must at least fulfil
the Type-03 consideration at service.
h)
All PT Slabs must be cater pattern loading if the loading irregular in the
spans (Alternate span loaded).
i)
All end columns-PT Slab connections must design PIN actions rather
moment distribution.
j)
Punching shear has to be provided in PT Slab where the Punching shear
ratio > 0.6.
k)
Check for Progressive collapse and Shear links details in line M/S Ducon
template.
l)
Stiffener Modifier has to be applied to do the serviceability checks like Crack
width, deflection only.
m)
Slab thickness 250mm and Drop :450mm
n)
No Onion ends allowed in the design and if needed it must be proper plate
system and subject to M/S Ducon approval.
Planning and Scope
o)
FMI recommendations factory extrusion strand for this project and directly
from the Manufacturer Tata, USha- Martin (Domestic) and Fosten, Kis wire (Global
Supply).

All anchorages and wedges are imported from Freyssinet France.
q)
FMI has agreed to share the offer after considering all inputs in their design
