Reflection and evaluation of participation by group members in group projects
Group project reflection:(100 to 200 words)
I think our group worked really well together. We were able to assign tasks based on each
person’s strength, set deadlines accordingly for each task, and work cooperatively as a team.
Everyone was responsible, attentive, detail-oriented, and disciplined, and we all were very
interested and passionate about the company we were doing the research on. One of our biggest
strengths as a team was our team communication. We constantly shared updates and recent
changes, and we made sure that everyone understood their responsibility. If someone was facing
a problem, we all tried our best to help that person resolve the issue. I learned that as a group,
we all have different perspectives and opinions, but we must learn how to set aside our own
biases and be open to new perspectives to grow and be good teammates.
