Chapter 4: Frame
Life is a movie. The movie is made of frames. Each frame is a freeze-frame of reality.
Just like in cinema: One frame — then the next, and the next — but so fast that motion
is perceived.
In life, its the same. Reality slides through frames. It seems like a flow — but it consists
of static snapshots. You perceive this stream automatically. You dont notice the frames.
But they exist. Each moment — you are in a certain frame.
And in that frame is everything:
• The setting
• The people
• The emotions
• The situation
• The state of the body
• The thoughts in the head
Everything that surrounds you right now — is one frame. Then another frame comes.
And another. They change one after another. But you dont control what comes next.
You just flow — without noticing the transition.
But you can become aware of it. And then — you gain the ability to choose frames consciously.
This is the first step to managing reality.

Chapter 5: Slides
A slide is a mental frame that arises in your thoughts. A memory is a slide. A fantasy is a slide.
An expectation is a slide. An imaginary situation is a slide. All of this is not real — its a mental
projection.
A person lives not in reality, but in slides. He constantly runs slides in his mind:
• What happened before
• What might happen
• What hes afraid of
• What he wants
• What he dreams of
• What he worries about
The slide plays — and he believes it. The slide runs — and he reacts to it as if it were real. Even
though its not happening — it controls him.
Slides shape his:
• Thoughts
• Feelings
• Decisions
• Behavior
• State of being
The slide draws attention in — and reality is forgotten. The person is not here, in the real frame.
He is there — in the slide. This is how a person becomes disconnected from reality. He lives in
imaginary pictures — not in real frames.
But reality responds to attention. What you focus on — you invite. What you emotionally react
to — you strengthen. So the slide becomes the script. Even though it was imaginary — it starts
to manifest. This is how slides materialize. This is how reality is created. Not by action — but by
inner focus. What you play inside — is what plays out outside.
