Center Staff Policy
If the Child Development
Worker Teacher and Parent
aide are ill, they must be
excused by work from
contact with children. The
Child Development Worker
Teacher refers to the city
health office for proper
check up and medication by
the Healthcare
professionals.
Children with Special Needs
The children with special
needs may refer to proper
institution like the stimulation
and Therapeutic Activity
Center (STAC) for proper care
and guidance. If a child has
identified disability or
developed delay he/she
receives services specified in
his/her individualized
education Plan.
Parent Conference
A conference to discuss on
child progress and
development after
accomplishing the ECCD check.
The CDW/CDT and parent or
guardian will discuss the
growth and development of
the child so that can work
together. All parent/guardian
are required to attend Parent
Effective Seminar.
Malnourished Children Policy
The malnourished children
refer to the BNS conducting
program Barangay and Local
Government. Malnourished
children must be monitored
by the CDW and BNS for the
height and weight and
nutritional status. Children
are beneficiary of
Supplemental feeding.
Health Policy
- Every child has an annual health
record and Oral health record.
- Every child can avail free check
up from the city health or Rural
health
center.

proper
coordination of the CDW/CDT.
- Please notify the CDW/CDT early
in the day, if your child is to be
absent your child should be
brought to the health center. If
he/she has a fever, signs of colds
and cough, sore throat, water eyes,
heavy nasal discharge or colored
mucus, has an eye infection
vomiting or diarrhea.
Medicine Policy
The CDC will need a medical
release form from the
parents/guardians in order to
administer to any medication.
The apply to non prescription
as well as prescription
medication, please make sure
medication is brought in
label. The medical release
form should or obtain in the
front desk Medication should
be left with the CDW/CDT.
Children File Policy
The use or disclosure of child's
records or other information,
concerning children or families
will be limited to purposes
directly to connected to CDC
program. No other use of this
information maybe used
without parent's prior written
consent. Legal Parent/Guardian
shall have access to all
information contain in their
own childs Individual life.
