Accessing your exam
•
Log into Inspera via Moodle under the “Final Exam via Inspera T3 2025” section.
Important preparation: Please log into Inspera beforehand and familiarise yourself with the platform. We will be
putting up the “ACCT2522 Inspera Practice Final Exam” on Moodle solely for this purpose by the end of Week
10. Please note that the practice final exam is based on an actual ACCT2522 exam a few years ago, and its
format and questions are NOT meant to be similar to our final exam.
If you encounter issues during the exam
•
For final/supplementary exams, contact the Exams Team on +61 2 9058 2453 8am-6pm AEDT or
email exams@unsw.edu.au. If you have an on-campus invigilated exam, raise your issue with one of the
supervisors/invigilators on site.
•
For any extenuating issues outside of your control, you will be required to apply for special consideration,
which will require supporting documentation.
Other exam-related administrative issues:
Results of all assessments except for the final examination
The results of all your assessments with the exception of the final exam will be posted on Moodle by Tuesday,
25 November 2025 (evening). If your marks are incorrect, you must contact the lecturer-in-charge by 5pm,
Tuesday, 2 December 2025.
STUVAC Consultation prior to your exam
Additional consultation times will be provided in Week 11. The times and links will be made available on Moodle
in the same section as the current online consultations.
Students who visit online consultations will be given priority. Questions that require substantial reading or
feedback should be asked face-to-face, and not posted on the Moodle discussion forums. If you wish to obtain
a timely and comprehensive answer to your question, you should make an effort to visit consultations.
Moodle discussion forums will be monitored until 5pm on 2 Dember 2025, the Tuesday before your exam. When
posting a question on the discussion forums, you should be clear about what work you have already done (i.e.,
show your working or explain your thought processes); otherwise, it is likely that you will be directed to your
lecture/tutorial notes. After the cut-off, students are still encouraged to ask questions and help each other out.
However, staff will no longer respond.
Special consideration
•
Before applying, review UNSW policy and procedures on the website to confirm you are eligible:
https://student.unsw.edu.au/special-consideration
•
•
Decisions are made by the Student Case Reviews Team, not ACCT2522 staff.
Applying for special consideration means you are applying to sit the supplementary exam. It does not mean
that you will be granted supplementary assessment or that other, completed comparable assessment tasks
will be aggregated or averaged to achieve an overall mark.
Supplementary exam dates in Term 3, 2025 (set centrally by UNSW Business School): 5 - 9 Jan 2026. Please
ensure you are available during this period in case of any mishaps.
PLEASE CHECK MOODLE REGULARLY until your exam in case of any important announcements!
