I/we, the undersigned participant(s), confirm that:
1. The video submitted for the BUBT Video Content Competition is my/our original work, and
I/we own all rights to its content, including but not limited to visuals, music, narration, and any
other creative elements.
2. I/we hereby grant Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) and its
departments a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to:

Reproduce, distribute, display, and publicly perform the submitted video.
Use the video, in whole or in part, for promotional, educational, archival, or marketing purposes
across any medium (including websites, social media, events, and printed materials).

Edit or adapt the video solely for formatting or contextual purposes without altering the core
message or artistic integrity.
3. I/we understand that no financial compensation will be provided for such use.
4. I/we have obtained any necessary permissions from third parties (e.g., recognizable individuals,
copyrighted background music) appearing or used in the video.
5. I/we agree to indemnify BUBT against any claims arising from a breach of the above warranties.
