Step 1: Understand the Reflection Questions
You will answer the following three personal reflection questions. Each response
must be written in a 300–500 word essay:
1. Which learning theory (behaviorist, cognitive, or social) do you relate to most
when thinking about how you learn or how you teach others, and why?
2. Think about a time you tried to teach or explain something health-related to
someone else. How did their age or stage of development affect the way you
communicated?
3. When you reflect on your own learning and teaching experiences, which
strategies of teaching or learning do you find most helpful or challenging, and
why?
Tip: Focus on your personal experiences, insights, feelings, and observations.
Avoid summarizing class lectures—this is about your own reflections.
