A. Entry Form
- The official entry form of PISTAYM groups should be submitted to the Central
Committee on or before January 10 (Wednesday).

C. Others
- Gadget Pass: Secure gadget pass for materials to be used for practices (i.e. speakers,
phones, tablets, camera, etc.)
- T-shirt sizing: Please get the shirt sizes of students. The reference size will be the
ENGAGE shirt.
- T-shirt prints: Last name of students shall be printed at the back of the shirt. Player
number is required for the following sports: Volleyball (B&G), Basketball (including
girls), Football, and Futsal)
- NO JERSEY (The Pistaym Shirt shall be the official playing uniform of students)
- Costume Design Check (for events that require specific attires)
- Letter to Parents: Practices outside school premises and outside school hours will
require letter to parents
- Budget: The P 600.00 contribution from each student is allocated to:
P 300- Central Committee Expenses (officiating personnel, program, and logistical
expenses) including Pistaym Shirt
P 300- Group Budget (food, props, rentals, and other foreseen expenses)
Task:
- Follow-up on the punctuality and readiness of the venue.
- Fridays to be allotted for PISTAYM Meetings
- Song Writing Competition

- Guidelines: Vocal Duet, Choral Singing, Song Writing, etc. (Jem’s)
