Lab 2 Part 1 Software Engineering Assignment
1. User story “since my first name start between A and M”:
As a web browser user
I want to use the "favourites" feature to save my favorite websites,
So that I can quickly access websites I visit most without typing the URL
every time.
2. “Agility” in Software Projects
● “Agility” in Software projects is basically being able to change requirements and
conditions in a quicker time fulfilling the customers needs for the project. For
instance: If a customer wants a CIBC Website, and that website was created by a
team following every single requirement for the project maintaining the bench
mark of quality, if the customer wants additional features, the developers must be
able to change or update to the condition that the customer is seeking for.
Collaboration is also one of the most important aspects of “agility” in software
projects because the team must collaborate together to ensure that the
customer’s request is fulfilled and that the customer must be happy with the end
project. Agility can also help the team to be organized with their work helping the
team deliver with keeping quality. When it comes to organization, the team must
be really organized as the project is divided into parts while keeping the quality.
For example: if one of the members of the team does not organize their work, it
can cause delay problems which results in the customer not being satisfied with
their project.
