Personal Feedback Data:
The criticism I received from family, friends, and colleagues consistently points out the strengths
and the areas where I am lacking. Some of them mentioned my work ethic, ability to solve
problems, and leadership skills. Such characteristics are commonly associated with the success I
experience in project management, improving collaboration, and generating quality output. But
one common thing that continued to show up was that I need to complement my energy with
relaxation. Many people said I tend to overload myself, and this could lead to burnout.
Also, my positive thinking and ability to strategically think were regularly praised yet,
overwhelmingly encouraged me to take time and look out for myself a little more, assigning more
responsibility elsewhere. We see that although I am thanked for my commitment and consistency,
then maybe it would be an area I'd work on myself further regarding self-care and having more
work-life balance for the future.

The five respondents also rated me
as 'Excellent' or 'Fairly Good' at
decision-making. This concurs with
my perception of my ability to make
good decisions, as described in my
own appraisal. I am fairly confident
in my judgment and ability for
decision-making under pressure,
something which I view as a
strength which requires
development.
Team Working
Though many respondents graded
me 'Fairly Good', two respondents
pointed to delegation as one area
where I need to do better. I hadn't
really thought about it as much, but
I realize now how having others do
some of the tasks can make people
more productive and my team
larger. I'll try to do more delegating
and give people responsibility.
Business and Customer
This ability was mostly rated as
Awareness
'Excellent' by most of the
participants. I am very confident in
dealing with work conflicts. Happy
that this was discovered and is also
consistent with my own selfreflection, wherein I have noticed
myself to remain calm and be able
to resolve conflicts successfully.

'Fairly Good'. I am pleased to find
that my communication is strong
and clear. However, I do realize
there is room for improvement, and
especially in clarity and directness

SUMMATION OF QUESTIONS 1-3:
Many people mentioned problem-solving ability, and work ethic. These qualities were
often correlated with my capacity to manage projects successfully, build teamwork,
and deliver quality output. I must balance my drive with relaxation. Several people
pointed out that I take on too much and that this might lead to burnout.
Additionally, my optimism and strategic thinking were always praised, although many
suggested that I could delegate more and take more time for personal care and wellbeing.

My strengths are good communication, problem-solving, and work ethic, which are career
