Do Project in The Assigned Groups
• You are welcome to assign the workload by yourselves,
just make sure you enjoy the learning process 
Presentation Time
• About 15 minutes per group (might have some time
for discussions) – every one must present something
• Week 14 & 15 (schedule will be announced later)
To Be Submitted Before Week 14 Starts
• Only powerpoint/pdf file and optimization file, e.g., Excel
(without number of slides limit)
• Select one supply chain case from any company in the
world.
• You should be able to list the supporting references
when you discuss about their supply chain.
• Explain:
(1) Current situation of their supply chain
(2) How you can make their supply chain better
It is important to discuss the relationships between all
aspects.
• All aspects discussed in the class must be discussed.
Please refer to the topics of all weeks in next slides.
• You must solve at least one optimization problem.
