Do you agree or disagree with the following
statement? Companies should give each
employee the same benefits package. Use
specific examples and details to support your
opinion.
It has been greatly debated recently whether all members of the
staff should be able to obtain the same working privileges. In this
essay I am set to provide arguments and prove why certain
employees definitely deserve additional bonuses.
Firstly, the amount of work executed by every worker is different.
While some are obliged to complete a relatively limited number of
tasks, others, who occupy higher posts, often confront a great deal
of pressure and a variety of deadlines that have to be met. Hence, I
firmly believe that those who are more likely to experience severe
workload fully merit an extensive package of benefits as they are
making considerably more sacrifices.
Furthermore, those who represent the upper echelons of the staff
hierarchy are, as a rule, treated better than regular employees. The
underlying reasons behind it is one’s significance and influence in
the company. From the standpoint of the boss, it is undoubtedly
way more thoughtful to provide the heads of all departments with
extra benefits as a motivation rather than equalise the bonuses for
everyone and, consequently, not fully satisfy the needs of key
workers. Otherwise, the employer may suffer a loss of crucial
workforce, resulting in a decline in the competence of the company.
To summarise, having discussed the topic of benefits equality from
two perspectives, I am deeply convinced that by implementing extra
bonuses for certain employees the company can not only
encourage the most burned-out workers, but also maintain the high
level of professionalism within the business.
