Abstract. This monograph proposes a practical framework for analyzing chromatic systems across

aimed at practitioners who value clarity and aesthetic conservatism.

Research consisted of selective inspection of public design resources, controlled opinion-gathering
from three interns, and heuristic cross-checking against common taste. Measurements were informal
